When building a new home the cost follows three categories.
The building process is dependent on about 5 items.
On and average it should take from once city council has issued building consent about eight weeks.
The city council has normally twenty one days from the date of when it was lodged, to issue building consent. If they find any problems with the plans then this will add time delays to the consent being issued.
We do not have any hidden costs or fees. Once the contract is agreed and signed by both parties, the only changes that can be undertaken is by way of a contract variation, and signed by both parties.
We supply a fixed price for the every house that we have undertaken to build. All charges and fees are itemised in the contract.
We offer a full warranty on all products and labour that we have supply under our contract. Any items supply by the client would come under their warranty agreement.
Materials supplied such as Roof, Plumbing fixing, Windows, cladding systems, Lighting fitting and appliances all come with their own factory warranty.
The plan itself is free. If you make changes then some additional costs may apply.
We work with you the client to make sure you are informed of progress of your build. You can access your house whenever you would like. We find it best to let us know beforehand as all our sites are site safe operated. There will be site meetings in which decisions on site will be made so you get a felling of what is best for you the client in your home at your home.
Most of the decision that you need to make will be made as you are completing the designing process. Plumbing, lighting and appliance are one of the first things to work through so we can supply you with our fixed price for the construction of your new home.
